- A quote is an estimate based on what we can see at the time. If conditions under the surface turn out differently — deep base failure, hidden drainage problems — we'll tell you before doing anything that changes the price.

Work and scheduling
- Work dates depend on weather. Sealcoating and striping need dry pavement and the right temperatures; we reschedule rather than apply product that won't cure.
- We ask that lots be cleared of vehicles during the scheduled window. We'll confirm details with you before we arrive.
- We aim to complete work on schedule, and we'll always tell you promptly if something changes.
Payment
- Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
- Invoices are due by the date on the invoice. Late payments can pause scheduled work.
Warranty and results
We stand behind our work and use commercial-grade materials applied to spec. Sealcoating and striping results depend on pavement condition, weather, and traffic. We'll discuss expected wear and any warranty terms with you in writing before work begins, and we'll address legitimate workmanship issues in good faith.
Safety and site conditions
During work, freshly sealed or striped areas must stay off-limits until cured. We mark or cone work zones, but anyone entering a work area does so at their own risk. Property owners are responsible for letting us know about underground utilities, irrigation, or other hazards on the lot before we start.
Photos and property details
We document projects with before-and-after photos. We'll only publish photos of your property with your permission, and we never publish your address.
